Working Together
Your business is unique, but your data challenges aren't. After building data capability across dozens of PE-backed companies, I find the answer before most teams identify the problem.
Here's What Works
Scope, Diagnose, Prescribe
I don't sell services off a menu. I prescribe only what will work. By the time I price an engagement, I already know where the value is and how to activate it. If I can't diagnose it, you won't get a proposal for it. No vague phases. No generic decks. No six-figure discovery that leads nowhere.
Orient
Compasses, not maps. Complex implementation plans don’t survive first contact with reality. I find the direction, define a first move that delivers real value, and ground every conversation and next step in something concrete.
Build
Modules, not monoliths. Every piece of work earns its place before the next one starts. You see results before you commit to more. This is what agile actually looks like.
Embed
Capabilities, not dependencies. I build like someone who has to maintain the result. Because I have. Every tool gets an owner, every workflow fits the people who use it, and nothing goes live that your team can’t own.
What I Bring
I design platforms your team can run. Every vendor wants to own your entire stack. Let them, and you’re usually driving a screw with a hammer. I match the tool to the job and the team to the tool.
Pipelines, transformations, data modeling. Getting data out of source systems and into a form your team can use. This is where most data projects quietly fall apart.
Most companies either don’t have infrastructure support or don’t allocate it to data projects; creating a gap that limits every decision you make. I fill that gap directly, whether it means deploying in your environment or providing Danalytics-hosted infrastructure.
Practical AI implementation. I run my entire operation on the same tools I implement for clients. Embeddings, retrieval, automation, and tooling that fits your actual workflow. Not a deck about what AI could do someday.
How It Works
Most engagements combine a fixed-price project with an ongoing monthly retainer. The project covers the defined build. The retainer covers everything else: advisory, support, and whatever comes next. Both are fixed-price. No hourly billing.
