Privacy Policy

What this site is

danalytics.ai is the marketing website for Danalytics (Lomartra LLC), a data and AI consulting practice. This policy explains what data we collect from visitors and how we use it.

Analytics

We use two analytics tools:

Plausible Analytics collects aggregate traffic data: page views, referral sources, country, device type, and browser. Plausible does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, and cannot identify individual visitors. No consent is required.

Microsoft Clarity collects behavioral data including clicks, scroll depth, and session recordings to help us understand how visitors interact with the site. Clarity uses cookies to identify return visitors and link page views into sessions. For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Clarity only activates after you grant consent via the cookie banner. Visitors outside these regions are tracked automatically. You can change your preference at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are delivered to our inbox. This information is not stored in any database, sold, or shared with third parties. We use it only to respond to your inquiry.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for analytics (identifying return visitors and linking page views into sessions), and to remember your cookie preference. All cookies are first-party, set by danalytics.ai. Plausible does not use cookies.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Analytics data processed by Microsoft Clarity is subject to Microsoft's privacy policy. Plausible data never leaves our infrastructure.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time (via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer)

For any privacy-related requests, contact [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy as our tools or practices change. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
